I am wondering would 6 Fi BL12′s 1500 watts a piecs, in a ported box.
Or 4 Fi BTL12′s fully loaded in a huge ported box?…
which setup will be better,Mainly for spl, and shaking peoples walls to the ”MAX”?…

I have an 18″ BTL on order, and I have a Sundown SAZ 3000D to power it, I will be giving it 5,200 watts RMS, it WILL be loud. Why would you want so much? You will need a serious electrical overhaul, a lot of sound deadening, and tons of money. But your question is very enclosure and amplifier dependent. The BL’s will only take 1000-1500 RMS, but the BTL’s on the other hand will take 2000-4000 RMS with a smile. You realize you will need 9,000 watts RMS to power the BL’s, and 16,000 watts RMS to power the BTL’s. The BTL’s would be about 160+ decibels(in the right box!), They would be slightly louder than the BL’s. Good bye hearing!
You were misinformed, for SPL, your box needs to be tuned to 40-50 HZ, and for shaking walls, in other words a groundpounder, you will tune at 30-35 Hz. 40-50 Hz is loud to the Microphone, and 30-35 HZ is loud to your ears. Get it?
